Survivor. Advocate. Educator.
About Me

Hi, I’m Breona.
I’m a survivor, mother, student, and advocate who believes deeply in the life that can exist after trauma.
My experiences began very young, and for years they shaped how I saw myself and the world around me. Over time, I began to understand that healing could also mean rebuilding confidence, finding purpose, creating healthy relationships, and learning to use my voice.
Today, I’m studying through BYU-Pathway Worldwide with long-term goals in Family and Human Services. I hope to work in sexual violence prevention education and eventually use public speaking and advocacy to support survivors while helping families and communities better understand them.
This space is where I share the hard parts, the healing, the growth, and the beautiful things that can come afterward.
As I continue growing into advocacy and public speaking, there is one message I hope survivors will always carry with them:
YOUR. WORTH. THE. EFFORT.
Trauma may be part of our story, but it does not have to be the ending.
